NEW ENHANCED EMAIL - C0MING SOON!
We are very excited to announce that our email service will be changing over the course of the next month or so - in order to provide you with what we believe is the ultimate email solution. For those customers who use our email service, your email is about to become greatly enhanced!
Through a business partnership with Google, we have arranged for Google to provide our customers with a better, customized version of their award-winning "gmail" email service. This new email service will replace our existing email service.
Your email address will NOT change. But you will have far greater email storage limits and new features that we are certain you will appreciate. In addition, you will experience tremendous reliability and outstanding spam and virus filtering.
Although we are changing the way that we provide your email service, nothing else is changing. Your dial-up account remains the same. And our company has no other business arrangements with Google. Google is simply the company that we have hired to provide email to our customers, and nothing more.
You will be receiving announcements through your natisp.com email address as this change progresses. We have also posted Frequently Asked Questions at our website, which you can view by clicking here. We ask that you please use these sources of information and DO NOT contact us about this change at this time. If we are bombarded with email and phone calls, it will greatly detract from our ability to service our customers on other issues. Please be patient and read the announcements as they come to you.
For now, there is only one important thing that you should know: Google has a requirement (for security reasons) that your email password must contain at least 8 characters. If your email password is less than 8 characters, you must change it to something with eight or more characters. The sooner you make this change the better. Please keep in mind that your email password is separate from your dial-up password. Changing your email password will not affect your dial-up password. To change your email password, please go to...

Please monitor your email account and check the Frequently Asked Questions page often over the next several weeks, as future announcements will be delivered to you by email and posted on that page.
