Notes:  After the period you selected is complete, future payments will be charged automatically at our standard monthly rate for your selected account option (as listed above) on an ongoing basis. Of course, you can cancel your service or change your billing option at any time by contacting the Billing Department at least 5 days prior to your next billing date. Once again, please note that we only offer automatic recurring billing. Your account/billing will continue until you cancel your account. Obviously, we cannot know that you no longer need your account unless you tell us.

If you have already been billed the monthly rate, but you intended to pay for a year at the lower rate, we would be happy to make the adjustment to your desired payment by billing the difference. Simply contact Billing to make this request.

If you have an unpaid balance for any reason, any payments made from this page will apply to that balance first, and your account will be adjusted accordingly.
