If you intend to use our service to send unsolicited email, you can expect us to report your actions to various watchdog agencies, other ISP's, and anyone else who can help prevent you from sending unsolicited email in the future. Our privacy policy will not apply to those who abuse our service in this way. In addition, we will impose a fee of $500 per confirmed unsolicited email message sent from our servers, plus a $5000 fee for any such activity that results in interruption of our Internet access service.
